Built in 1963, the building sits on just over two acres of garden and parking under mature trees for about 60 cars.
With over 4,000 finished square feet, the building features a bride’s room, large caterer’s kitchen with a pass through window to the main hall. The original terrazzo floors are well-maintained, and plantation shutters and new flooring were installed on the stage. The stage stairs are mobile.
The vine-covered pergola in the yard is perfect for intimate wedding ceremonies.
The building is suitable for a family reunion, wedding, civic meetings, club events and so much more. The main hall features a large storage room with round and square tables and chairs that can suit any layout.
